Ladies Clinics are a great way to get together socially with your friends and improve your game of tennis. We cater for all standards so don’t be afraid if you’re just starting out! Small groups of ladies per coach it runs for 10 weeks during the school term.

Spots are limited and sessions fill fast, so book early to secure your place. Casual bookings are welcome, but term sign-ups guarantee your spot and progress. Whether you’re in it for fitness, friendship, or just a weekly hit, our Ladies Clinics are your perfect midweek reset.

New to our Ladies Clinics or just curious how it all works?

Do I need to be good at tennis?

No. The best thing about our Ladies Clinics is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before. The coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players can also have a great time. Book a free class to check iit all out!

What do I need to bring?

A tennis racquet, your favourite workout gear. Trainers (or acceptable footwear) and of course… a water bottle or sports drink

Do I need my own racquet?

No. You can bring your own racket or a raquet will be provided at no extra charge. We also sell raquets at the proshop.

Can I sign up for a single session?

Yes! If we have availability on a specific day, yes. Priority will be given to those booking for the whole period.

Should I pack water?

Yes, it's advisable to bring a water bottle but we do have a water fountain and some drinks/snacks available in the Pro Shop.

When, where and how much?

9am every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the BBTC. $30 per session. 10 sessions for $300. We also offer a free trial!
