Cardio Tennis is a fitness program designed for all ages & abilities. It's a high-intensity tennis workout that combines tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise. This offers an engaging entry point for new players & a great way for intermediate and advanced players to improve fitness.

The program focuses on promoting health awareness & physical activity in a modified tennis environment. It's a fun & energetic way to learn & play tennis while getting a good workout. Coaches are experts at using varied teaching styles to keep everyone having fun!

New to Cardio Tennis or just curious how it all works?

Do I need to be good at tennis?

No. The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before. The coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players can also have a great time. Book a free class to check iit all out!

What do I need to wear/bring?

A tennis racquet, your favourite workout gear. Trainers (or acceptable footwear) and of course… a water bottle or sports drink

Do I need my own racquet?

No. You can bring your own racket or a raquet will be provided at no extra charge. We also sell raquets at the proshop.

Can I sign up for a single session?

Yes! If we have availability on a specific day, yes. Priority will be given to those booking for the whole period.

When, where and how much?

6.30 pm every Monday & Tuesday night at the BBTC. $35 per session. 10 sessions for $300. We also offer a free trial!
